At this time we can only sell and ship to US customers with shipping adresses in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.  Compliance with regulators adds countless hours to processing international orders.  Our prices are too low to justify spending the time and effort it takes to ship compliant international packages.

All orders are processed usually by end of next business day.   We provide free standard ground shipping on sales over $150.  Orders are shipped ground via UPS or FedEx Ground usually within 1-2 business days.  Typical ground transit times are 2 - 7 days.  Overnight and second day shipping can also be selected at checkout.   All shipping charges are based on actual freight weight to be calculated by the carrier.

Any refused, returned, or not deliverable shipments returned by the shipping service, do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. If accepted back, will incur a 15% restocking fee plus original and return shipping cost.  (There is a 25% restocking fee on Sportz by Napier products)

You must make sure we have the correct name, shipping address, phone number, and e-mail address. If we cannot verify the shipping address and you do not give us valid contact information, your order will be canceled with no further attempt to contact you.

We have no control over the package while it is in transit. If the tracking report shows that the package was delivered to the address that you supplied us, you must contact the carrier's local office (UPS or US Post Office), and tell them that you did not receive the package, and file a claim with them. 
 

No refunds will be issued on lost packages.
